Damaged or lost products

Volts.ee does not compensate for damaged or lost parcels containing alcoholic beverages during transport, as neither DHL, DPD, UPS, Postnord or any other do not allow alcoholic beverages in their deliveries. They only accept to deliver at your own risk if something gets broken or lost. This rule is always written in any forwarded terms and conditions.

The store should provide good packaging for all types of liquid products, durable enough for long-distance delivery.

If you are not sure if the shop is packing all the products well, you should choose another shop.

To avoid any problems and disputes between Volts and the customer, you can voluntarily order insurance from us. This will cover immediate full refund including products and delivery costs.

In order for us to accept your claim we need product photos, product purchase invoice and tracking number of delivery.
